| This
high quality rubber matting is rugged and can be adapted to almost
any ESD control flooring need. The 3' x 3' modules have interlocking connectors
on all four sides. The modules can be snapped together to create a 3' wide
runner. They can also be assembled to cover an entire floor or be used
as a stand alone mats. Once you have assembled the modules to fit your
area, the interlocking snaps on the edges can be easily trimmed with a
razor knife, leaving a finished bevel edging.
This 1/2" thick durable material is resistant to solder and chemicals. It can be used in wave solder areas or any place where ESD flooring is required. Surface resistivity is 104 to 105 ohms per square. FM-1000 3' x 3' module with interlocking connectors on 4 sides and one grounding snap. |
Created for the unique needs of access flooring these 3' x 3' modules have interlocking connectors on all four sides. The 7/8" diameter holes allow air to flow freely through the material while providing a comfortable and effective ESD control floor. The edge connectors are identical to that of the standard FM-1000 modules above. Once you have assembled the modules to fit your area, the interlocking snaps on the edges can be easily trimmed with a razor knife, leaving a finished bevel edging.
