Tech floor finish has excellent leveling properties for a smooth, high
gloss floor. There is no strong ammonia odor. Daily dry mopping or vacuuming

When it comes to ESD floor
coatings, nothing beats epoxy for durability. Static Tech's water based
epoxy is a safe and easy-to-use product. This rugged coating can be applied
to virtually any substrate. Simply mix the two ingredients and brush or
roll on. This non hazardous product is safe. It even meets the tough California
requirements for VOC. The light beige coating is a snap to maintain. Sweep
or vacuum daily to remove abrasive dirt and debris. To remove spills simply
damp mop or wash with detergent and water as needed. For extra gloss a
light top coating of Static Tech floor finish may be applied after washing.
